NAPLES. The court of Naples may stop for five days. The technicians who run the system have declared a state of agitation and announced the strike 14 to 17 February. The reason? The cuts planned by the Government for IT support. A protest is, as yet, firms in the consortium Ois.Com that Campania, Molise and Basilicata are about 120 lavoratori ( in Italia sono poco più di mille quelli che lavorano in questo comparto). La riduzione del budget (il taglio è stato di circa 36 milioni di euro) va a toccare un sistema essenziale per il funzionamento della macchina giudiziaria, che lavora già con fondi scarsissimi e in grande difficoltà. Inoltre, le aziende che hanno appalti con i palazzi di giustizia vantano un credito con lo Stato di 27 milioni di euro. I dipendenti della società che gestisce i servizi a Napoli, la Cm Consit, stanno ricevendo, già adesso, soltanto il 40% dello stipendio in busta paga ( il contratto è quello dei metalmeccanici). Il taglio previsto a Napoli, del 20% delle attività, potrebbe provocare il licenziamento dei precari e la layoffs for "stable."
WHY 'THE SYSTEM CAN' go haywire?
