its meeting held today at the firm of DGSI, the Administration has presented a proposal for a solution that:
1. Companies consider temporary and still unsatisfactory;
2. As regards the amount due, the Administration announced the payment of less than half of the debts progress without certainty of timing of liquidation;
3. The proposed solution does not guarantee the employment levels of employees, to start from now and for all from June 2006.
However the companies are willing to commit to the proposed temporary contracts, if the conditions expressed by CISIA will be considered compatible in terms of rates, service levels, employment levels, guarantee of timely payments.
Companies accepted the proposal of 'Amminislrazíone to schedule a new meeting in early May 2006 for information on the evolution of the reported problems.
